We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Farm Manager to oversee daily operations at our farm. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agricultural practices, farm management, and sustainable farming methods. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the production of crops, overseeing farm staff, and ensuring that the farm meets its operational goals in terms of quality, efficiency, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all farm operations, including planting, cultivating, harvesting, and distribution.

• Develop and implement farming schedules to optimize crop yields and quality.
